This Olympic bar is made of robust and solid metal – cold rolled steel at 51000 PSI tensile strength steel- with a chrome finish. It includes clamps for securing weights at a maximum weight capacity of 400 pounds. While these are a bit more aggressive than other bars, they still maintain quality materials and attention to detail with Rouser products. This 20-pound barbell has a 47-inch length and 1 width with standard knurling that can fit all common plate sizes,Each sleeve has 6.25 inches of loadable length and is 2” in diameter to suit all your standard weight plates.
